Rooms & Rates

The Garden Room. Bright and airy, with windows on three walls, the Garden Room overlooks the gardens and has a nice view of the river. It has a Queen-size bed and a private bath with shower.

The Fireside Room. The Fireside Room, with period wallpaper and antique furnishings has a gas fireplace. The Fireside Room has a Queen-size bed and a private bath with shower.

The Androscoggin Room. The Androscoggin Room, our largest room, is full of character and charm. A large window provides a spectacular view of the river. The Androscoggin Room has a Queen-size bed, a single person Sofa-Sleeper and a full bath (tub / shower combination) in the room. This room is ideal for three people or those preferring two separate beds.

Rates:
All rates are double occupancy with a Queen-size bed and include a full breakfast. All rates are plus 7% State lodging tax.

• In Season Rates: $110.00 – $125.00 (Late May to the end of October
• Off Season Rates: $95.00 – $110.00 (November 1 to late May)
• There is an additional charge of $10.00 plus tax for a third person in a room.

Check In Time:
Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. Check in time, either earlier or later, may be arranged in advance by calling or email.

Check Out Time:
Check out time is usually 11 AM. Later check out may be available upon request.
