Policies
Deposit:
Reservations are confirmed by credit card number. No charges are made to the card until your actual stay.
Payment:
While major credit cards are accepted, payment by check or cash is preferred. The method of payment remains our guest’s decision.
Minimum Stay:
We do not have a minimum stay other than a two night minimum over Bowdoin College Graduation Weekend (Friday and Saturday nights of Memorial Day Weekend) and Bowdoin College Parents Weekend in October, dates vary.
Cancellations:
A one night charge may be made against the credit card used to confirm a reservation if there is a no-show or cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled arrival.
